Vegan Counselling

Support for vegans dealing with life's ups and downs

Counselling is a collaboration between the client and the practitioner, working together to explore the issues you are facing, identifying the underlying cause and applying tried and tested approaches, tools and techniques to help you make sense of things, unburden yourself and allow you to move forward with your life.

There is no 'one cap fits all' approach to addressing problems, which is why I adopt an integrative approach, meaning the way we work together would be dictated by your preferred style. An example might be someone who finds it enough to be able to verbalise and express their thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental and understanding space, whereas someone else might want specific strategies, practical solutions and tools to facilitate positive change.

Because I've been vegan myself for over a decade, you won't need to explain or justify your choices before we get to the real work.

We can always discuss the various approaches available at the free initial consultation, to help you feel more at ease and reassured about getting the right kind of support. The process is always led by you!
