Where you might be at the moment.......

  • Social pressure / family resistance

  • Guilt around ethics, health or sustainability

  • Failed attempts at going vegan in the past

  • Worried this will be "just another diet" that doesn't last

  • Not sure how to raise it with family or a partner without it becoming a battle

  • Relying on willpower alone, and it keeps running out

Where you want to be....

  • How to deal with judgement from family, friends and colleagues

  • Stay motivated without the risk of burnout

  • Living in alignment with your value and ethics

  • A vegan identity that feels natural, not a performance

  • Confidence in social situations, without the internal conflict

  • A plan for setbacks, so one slip doesn't undo the whole thing

One-to-one coaching for the psychological side of going vegan — the mindset shifts, social friction, and habits that decide whether it actually sticks. This isn't a meal plan.

New Leaf — an 8 week, one-to-one coaching programme.

One live 50 minute session a week:

1. Where you're starting from — your why, values, what's driving this now

2. Breaking the all-or-nothing mindset

3. Navigating family and relationships

4. Social situations and the workplace

5. Ethics, health and sustainability, without the overwhelm

6. When willpower isn't enough — building habits that hold

7. Setbacks without shame — a plan for when it doesn't go perfectly

8. Making it stick — review and what's next

Founding cohort price £598 — available until 31 October,

or once the first 6 spots are filled, whichever comes first. Price rises for future cohorts.

Every place on New Leaf starts the same way — a short questionnaire and a free 15-minute call,

so we can both be confident it's the right fit before anything's confirmed.
